Product Features
1. High sweetness, low calorie. It has high sweetness (1,500-1,800 times as sweet as sucrose) and taste lasts long.
It has pretty low level of calories and can be used as low-calorie food additives.
2. Good taste: It has mint taste and lasts long.
3. Good stability and non-toxicity. It is not mutagenic, nor carcinogenic. It doesn’t have obvious toxicity and won’t cause dental caries.
4. Flavor enhancer: NHDC can be used to enhance sweetness, aroma, and flavor to block bitterness.
